Under a new law, DNA profiles from hundreds of thousands of juvenile offenders and adults arrested but not convicted of crimes will be added to the FBI's national DNA crime-fighting program. Its national DNA database holds genetic profiles from about 1.4 million adults convicted of state and federal crimes. DNA database networks will soon be the de facto national ID card system. . It opens a brand new door to abuse by State agents. If you think that once that door is open, nothing bad will happen, you are not only naïve and deluded, you are smoking something that is not sold at 7-Eleven. Unlike fingerprints, DNA material is easily planted at a crime scene. This law will enable any State agent to arrest you for any reason, specious or otherwise, just to get DNA material from you. Once they have it, you can be freed, with all “charges” dropped. When the State needs a fall guy, all it has to do is plant one of your hairs at a crime scene. The FBI’s computer will then find the "criminal" and you will be quickly arrested, charged, tried, and convicted because, as we all know, DNA matching is virtually 100% proof positive. The RFID tags are microchips half the size of a grain of sand. They listen for a radio query and respond by transmitting their unique ID code. These RFID tags have no batteries and use the power from radio signals to transmit their response. Tags also have the ability of recording information such as details of the transactions the paper note has been involved in leading governments to see who and how money is being changed hands. The euro came into circulation on Jan.1 last year, with 12 countries adopting it as standard currency: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. A PARAMILITARY police force is being established by the European Union to intervene in conflict areas across the world to protect the community's political and economic interests. Brussels has drawn up plans for a 5,000-strong armed police capability able to carry out "preventative and repressive" actions in support of global peacekeeping missions. Critics say it is a deliberate challenge to the United Nations. The new body, which may be given the name European Security and Intelligence Force (Esif), would work alongside a 60,000-strong EU defence force that has already been set up. The security force - likened to France's gendarmerie, Spain's guardia civil, the Italian carabinieri or the Royal Ulster Constabulary - would be intended primarily for use in trouble spots such as Kosovo. Although it is not clear when recruitment to the force will begin, it is expected to be fully operational by 2004. Critics fear, however, that its units, armed with light machineguns and trained to operate alongside EU ground troops, may eventually be used to suppress disorder within member states, much like the gestapo of occupied eurpoe. No restrictions on its sphere of operations have been placed in the regulations so far agreed by EU governments, and detailed "rules of engagement" have not yet been drawn up

Those files not in PDF format are Notepad or Word but there also are a couple of great PowerPoint presentations and MPEG/QuickTime video clips on there as well.
