It’s a unique or uncommon series of words in a particular order. Search internet for a “unique phrase” quoted or a Thought Print to quickly find an exact copy of an article, document, book.

Of anything you have, have seen, or seek,
note an “unusual phrase” in the document.
If you search for a title or an author,
you'll find sites selling the book, reviews or document.
But if you “search for a quoted phrase”
or concepts in the document, you may find the exact document to read, copy, save
or print.
Search Internet for a "quoted phrase",
like this:
"the FDA has no authority over websites, but
the company had put its website address"
This search finds those words in that order.

Why this works !
Consider 2 letters; A & B, with 2 spaces
to
list all combinations. This yields: AA, AB, BA, BB
2 letters, 2 spaces = 2 x 2 = 4 combinations.
How many vocabulary words are in newspaper or Jr. High School book? Maybe 10,000 ?
So in reading a news or magazine article, each word used is chosen from 10,000+ words.
2 words in a sequence, is 1 chance
in 10,000 times 10,000 possibilities or 1 in 100,000,000 or 108
to find 2 particular words in that order.
Search "a quoted string" for
specific words in a specific order.
5 specific words in a row, with each word in a particular place, yields 1 in 10 to 4x5 or 10 20
If your search lists words; Quick
Brown Fox.
the search will show links where any of the words, or word combinations
may be found. quick, brown fox, the quick, Brown River, quick
fox, quick sand, fire fox ...
Quote beginning and end of phrase,
“General Wilson leaped from the Silver Bridge to the Rhine”.
This limits searches to only documents that include those specific
words in that specific order.
Use 5 to 7 unusual word sequence, like:
“Col. Ahed crossed the Nile River in August.”
Don’t use common phrase, “A man stood up.”
In an unusual
phrase, of 5 to 7 words,
you’ll find only a few document with that phrase.
A Thought Print is
a particular phrase used by a writer or speaker.
In searching for any document, report, book, article, if you search for a 5+ word quoted phrase, or even two different 3 word quoted phrases, you may quickly find the original article, book, court case referenced by the phrases (if it’s on internet - many things are).
There may be billions of documents on the internet. Not all things are there, but many are. With these short phrases searches, you are able to quickly find a confirmation or multiple references to the document in question.
Searching for a quoted phrase,
you may find the full article, book, or report.
When found, you can read, print, copy or
e-mail.

If you have a particular document you have seen or want to see, this is easy, quick way to locate the document in full very easily.
Read the web site addresses, to find a reputable source; Cornell Law Library, New York Times,…
Find a crowd of witnesses, many links, many web sites which confirms a document. This is a way to prove a thing is true, authentic, genuine.
You can use a "short quoted phrase" and
add other terms, Eisenhower Paris Treaty
. to be found in article, but not in the phrase.
In another example: I had a Congressman's
name, and the idea of what he said.
As I searched, I found a quote from him, then I found many links that showed
quote was true.

You can use a "short quoted phrase" and add other terms, Eisenhower ... Paris ... Treaty ... to be found in the article, but not directly in the sequence.
This technique can unseat high authorities with fundamental truths ! Most are deflected when powerful spokes people say something isn’t true, or avoid talking of it.

One can write down long complicated web site links, but an easier way to refer to them is to quote a phrase from it, or from any document that you have, or saw, or read, then do an internet search (like Google, Alta Vista, …), with a quoted phrase.
Punctuation and capitalization are ignored by most search engines, but search words have to be spelled the same and in same word order as in the document.

Being smart is a beginning, but using great tools helps – to speed access to information.
I work with files I create & keep on my computer. If I find something like I did before for something I need to do now, it's easier to modify an old file, then to start a new project.
Total Commander has 100s of commands. You can find any file / folder by various criteria, file types, date range, a phrase within.
You do not have to remember what folder, where, or what you named your file. Total Commander can find it anyway.
Of all my research, I am always cross referencing information to confirm and learn more.
For any endeavor in windows computer, Total Commander is excellent assistant. It helps organize 1,000s of files, articles, images, … to have a detailed understanding of many things, see bigger picture.

Use multiple phrases and or add other key words with the quoted phrases to aid your search.
Consider any document, government form, book, article. Remember that all things are not on the internet, but many things are. There are many sources for information; the Library of Congress, your public library, court and other public records, newspapers and achieves, video and broadcast media. Many of these can now be found easily by using the internet.
A Thought Print is most efficient method to find information using the internet, with perhaps 20 billion documents. If you learn good search skills, you can quickly and easily find tomes of information.
The internet, the news, books, legislators, other people can all tell truths, ½ truths, and open lies. Some may simply be misinformed and truthfully telling what they know which may not be true. Truth is illusive and hard to find, but it is within reach for those that search. As the internet is the most expansive and easily searched reference point, you can find articles pro or con on most issues. As you read the various competing view points, I believe from the facts, witnesses, evidence, logic, you can sort through to find deeper truths then those that reach your attention by a controlled national media.
My writing could be filled with reference and sources, but … I’ve found it is so easy to search web for a quoted phrase, that anyone, who learns that technique, can easily and quickly find one or more sources to the materials I use. I focus on interweaving content to lead to understanding, and therefore step away from the simple clerical task of identifying sources. For any too lazy to search, I’d gladly find and state those sources for them, if they’d like to pay for my time. Inquire.
