this with your friends, or pay parking below for us to manage cars.
We can provide & set up tables & chairs in advance, and move them to alternate setting;
. i.e. from ceremony to reception and or from lawns to atrium, priced below.
It is economical to move seating from ceremony to reception, compared to renting chairs for both functions.

Clean-up. We will provide clean area for functions. You're required
to do general clean up after or we'll deduct $ 100+ from deposit as is required
to clean-up.
Add $ 50 to clear walks the day of event.
Additional Services included free: Space rentals
include, 2 hours preparation before the event

To help you coordinate your use of our space, rentals also include
our showing the space up to 4 events of up to 1/2 hour or less, for other
vendors, DJ, caters, to see & plan how they will use the space.
All participants must have clear plan, review any questions and be set-up by 5
pm the day before event.
Any additional needs are billed at 1/2 hourly rate for extra time in planning or
preparation.
Prices based on contract and full pre-payment received 6
months before event, else prices rise 10 % per month closer to the event.
20% deposit & contract will hold your date. 20
% damage deposit required on any rental,

20 % discount for each: event not on Friday thru Sunday, events Nov., March or April.
