includes Top O Rock Atrium space, parking on site for 20 cars, nearly unlimited parking in lot across the street, space open 3 hours day before for set-up and day after for clean up, men & women's toilet rooms, drinking fountain.
We suggest having parking assistance to receive & place cars.  You can do this with your friends, or pay parking below for us to manage cars.
We can set up tables & chairs in advance, and move them to alternate setting; i.e. from ceremony to reception and or from lawns to atrium, priced below.
It is less expensive to reuse seating from ceremony to reception by moving chairs then by renting chairs for both functions.

up to 8 people may stay overnight for one or several nights in our premises if prepaid. If you pay for overnight, no additional charge to use bedroom for changing.

Photography or Video from $ 200, 2 hours service, up to 60 source images, double 5x7" prints, get 120 - 5x7" prints, addnl.: $ 100 / hr., $ 3 proof image and or print

Invitations:  $ 50 to set-up $ 1.25 each to produce:  double sided postcard with photo of you or Top O Rock, invitation, time date place, directions to Top O Rock, return reply to respond with name & number attending.  80 invitations w/ postage: $ 150, 200 invitations = $ 300

DJ service from $ 500, 3 hours service, ceremony thru reception, 1 set-up, DJ, sound system, consult & list announcements & music selection.
Clean-up.  We will provide clean area for functions.  You are required to do general clean up after or we'll deduct $ 100+ from deposit as is required to clean-up.
Add $ 50 to blow all walks the day of event.

Prices based on contract and full pre-payment received 6 months before event, else prices rise 5 % per month closer to the event.
20% deposit & contract will hold your date 20 % damage deposit required on any rental, refundable in full after event unless any damage occurs.
20 % discount for each: event not on Saturday, events Nov., March or April.  Add $ 75/ day / building for events for heating in Dec., Jan., Feb.
