Orly Taitz did not seem enamored of Judge Carter's honesty. According to some observers of yesterday's Santa Anna, CA U.S. District Court hearing, Carter seemed inclined to dismiss the case, but after Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep (counsels for Plaintiffs) argued vehemently for their cause, Carter seemed to backpedal.  He ended the session by saying he will rule this week.  Apparently he needs time to think over his career, for he will probably become dog meat as a result of allowing the case to go forward.  Regardless of how he rules, the case will go to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

I believe Obama must prove natural born citizenship sufficiently to defeat all challenges, or he must leave the Presidency.
