Who are the terrorist ?
You know people who believe in Christ, and in His return, - people who home
school their kids, people who are suspect of what our government is doing.
Under Janet Reno, an FBI document listed these types of
characteristics of a terrorist.
They justified government shooting & burring the women & children at Waco, and at Ruby Ridge.
Sure these attacks were completely illegal, unjustified, not as reported in news. But do you know what really happened. Randy Weaver received million dollar settlement for the wrongful killing of his family. Major evidence on the Waco attacks were intentionally destroy by government. What records that were preserved perished in the Oklahoma City Federal Building bombing. Yes, it is all tied together, but you have to know the back stories, the real stores to follow this. Remember Enron catastrophe. The legal cases against the corrupt executives were all in World Trade Center Building 7 that was also destroyed on 9-11.
What is really on going ? Any can learn, know, see, if you want to.
Most prefer to think someone else is working towards justice, when in fact, we are not watching, observing, punishing the great perpetrators (within our own government) so these things escalate.

State of Emergency
Readiness Exercise 1984 (REX-84)
is an emergency response program involving the implementation of martial law,
the movement of civilian populations and the arrest and
detainment of segments of the population. A rehearsal of the program was
carried out April 5-13, 1984. It was led by FEMA and the Department of Defense
and involved the coordination of 34 other Federal departments and agencies. [11]
REX-84 was mentioned during the Iran-Contra hearings [12] and publicly
exposed by the Miami Herald on Sunday July 5th, 1987. [13]
Similar large-scale emergency preparedness drills have taken place regularly
since then. The most recently announced, organized by NORTHCOM, are scheduled
for October 15-20. [14] Some assert that the drills continue to include
preparations for the suspension of the Constitution and the implementation
of martial law. [15]
Operation Garden Plot is a United
States Army and National Guard program under control of the US Northern Command
(NORTHCOM) to provide Federal military support during domestic civil
disturbances. One example of the program’s implementation was during the 1992
Los Angeles riots when US Army and Marine forces were used in conjunction with
the California National Guard. [16] In Los Angeles an Executive Order was made
to permit the use of the Federal army to uphold domestic laws pursuant to the
1878 Posse Comitatus Act, which places restrictions on the domestic use of the
military for law enforcement purposes. [17]
Recently, however, Section 1076 Public Law 109-364, or the "John Warner Defense
Authorization Act of 2007" (H.R.5122) has amended Posse Comitatus and The
Insurrection Act (which also places limits on domestic military deployment) to
allow the Federal government to unilaterally take control of state National
Guards and position Federal troops anywhere in the country during a ‘public
emergency’. [18]
Executive Orders - on the books, can be applied at any time.
Throughout the 1960s numerous Presidential Executive Orders were issued
authorizing Federal agencies to take over essential functions in the case of a
declared emergency. The powers include, among many others, the authority of the
Federal government to take over transportation infrastructure
including highways and seaports (10990), food resources and
farms (10998) and mobilize citizens into government supervised work
brigades (11000). [19]
On May 9, 2007 President George Bush reasserted the role of the Federal
government during a declared emergency by issuing Executive Order NSPD 51/
HSPD-20. The Order states that in the event of a ‘catastrophic emergency’ all
‘national essential functions’ may be taken over by the Executive branch of
government and the Department of Homeland Security (including FEMA). [20]
4. Detainment Camps
In August 2002, then Attorney General John Ashcroft called for American
citizens who are deemed ‘enemy combatants’ to be detained indefinitely
without charge and independently of the judiciary. [21] This legal position
was upheld in the case of a US citizen detained abroad by the 4th U.S.
Circuit Court of Appeals in a January 2003 ruling. [22]
In October 2006 the Military Commissions Act was passed by Congress. [23]
The legislation applies to non-US citizens and permits individuals labeled as ‘enemy
combatants’ to be imprisoned indefinitely and without charge.
It also denies non-military tribunal judicial review of detainment (Section 7),
disregards international treaties such as the Geneva Convention, and
states that it is the President who defines what constitutes torture (Sections 5
& 6).

For some time FEMA has been renovating and constructing new detention camps
throughout the country. In January 2006 Haliburton subsidiary KBR announced that
it had been awarded an “indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract to
construct detention facilities for the Department of Homeland Security worth a
maximum of $385 million over 5 years. [25] ...
Citizens who are concerned about the purpose and potential use of the detainment
camps have documented and, when possible, filmed the detainment facilities. A
current estimate of the number of detainment camps is over 800 located
in all regions of the United States with varying maximum capacities.

Some foreign aggressor do not have the power and resources to seize America like this, but our own government, and their military, their buildings, bases, National Guard do have the power and the knowledge to do this. Obama's
declaration of a
national pandemic emergency
is "no cause for alarm," reported the mainstream media throughout the weekend.
The declaration is nothing more than a "precaution," they say. "It's really more
a continuation of our preparedness steps," said Anne Schuchat, director of the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Center for Immunization
and Respiratory Diseases, in a USA Today story.
In other words, there's not really any emergency at all. So
why
declare a national emergency
in the first
place? The media reports this was done to allow hospitals to bypass federal
regulations concerning the setting up of large-scale triage sites -- emergency
medical camps quickly constructed to deal with large numbers of sick people.
But at the same time, H1N1 isn't causing large-scale sickness. As USA Today
reported, an expert on infectious disease, P.J. Brennan (the chief medical
officer for the Penn Health System at the University of Pennsylvania in
Philadelphia) said, "The public ought to take some solace, some relief in this.
It's not a suggestion that things have deteriorated in any way. In no way is the
virus more severe or more difficult to manage."
So let me get this straight. The H1N1 virus remains
mild.
The CDC reports that swine flu infections already peaked out in mid-October.
There have been no new developments in swine flu that would be cause for alarm
and no reason to suspect huge numbers of sick people flooding into the
hospitals. And yet, for some reason, the Obama administration has declared a
national pandemic emergency specifically for the purpose of speeding the ability
of hospitals to process large masses of sick people through emergency medical
triage tents?
What are these people not telling us?
Something doesn't add up here. Why would the U.S. government need to declare a
national emergency to enable hospitals to handle a flood of sick people when
there is no flood of sick people (and the pandemic seems to be fizzling out)?
This is more like the kind of preparation you might expect in advance of a
biological terrorism attack, not for a flu that appears no more dangerous
than the seasonal sniffles.
The National Emergencies Act and FEMA
Meanwhile,
the media ignores the rest of the story about what dangerous powers a
declaration of a national emergency puts into play. As reported here on
NaturalNews, this declaration effectively
ends many civil liberties in America
and, at least on paper, puts the U.S. government in the position of having the
legal authority to force vaccinations on the entire population at gunpoint (if
they wanted to).
The National Emergencies Act passed in 1976 has some peculiar realities attached
to it. In particular, as Wikipedia reports:
A federal emergency declaration allows the United States Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) to exercise its power to deal with emergency situations
... Typically, a state of emergency empowers the executive to name coordinating
officials to deal with the emergency and to override normal administrative
processes regarding the passage of administrative rules.

By declaring a national emergency,
Obama invokes a set of
laws
that not only
override
important sections of the U.S.
Constitution,
but that also activate FEMA to take charge of "responding" to the emergency.
Now we know why they need all those emergency medical tent camps near the
hospitals. FEMA's in charge! And if FEMA handles the swine flu pandemic in the
same way the agency handled the Hurricane
Katrina
disaster, we may indeed need all those emergency triage tents after all.

they're detention centers designed to hold large numbers of people for
