On your birth, a strawman, an artificial corporation was created by our government to represent you.
Your birth name is in upper and lower case letters like John Doe.
The government has created a strawman represented in all upper case letters like JOHN DOE.
Government and courts, refer to this strawman, making demands, requiring taxes, etc.
The strawman is not you. You can take control of your strawman, and thereby have a new relationship about your obligations to pay taxes (if any) and any banking activities or calls or demands form courts.
There are specific legal procedures to take control of your strawman, such as filing a UCC-1
with the Secretary of State where you were born and or where you reside.
In American, we are told we are innocent until proven guilty, but
in commerce, in court, you are guilty until proven innocent !
When organizations, like the IRS, make presumptions that you are guilt, or have liability, those charges stand in court until you rebut or disprove them.
When presumptions (assumptions) about you are made and entered in the courts, you must respond and rebut (prove wrong) or the court assumes that you are as presumed. When this process starts you have limited time and methods to respond. If you are late, or do not respond in the proper manner, your presumption is fixed in law. Nothing you can do will later remove an unrebutted presumption.
The better way to handle issues is to establish facts before adn instead of trail. You can do this.
