What President Should Do - Lawman
"This Administration and its president G. W. Bush has been allowed to violate so many portions of the Constitution that the public has been in total denial of reality. We will fight on because God said they will lose - Psalm 37:1-2." Cliff BealeNevertheless, if you consider that your vote has validity, cast it for a President who will obey the law of the land: Constitution, treaties, laws pursuant thereto. And remember that the Constitution got conditioned by organic law that preceded it - the Articles of Confederation, Northwest Ordnance, and Declaration of Independence.
The Constitution requires certain things of our federal government, and the President has the responsibility for enforcing the Constitution, according to its rules, and of continuing the implementation of the aims and provisions of organic law which the Constitution did not repeal or replace. Under those the President has the responsibility for doing these thing:On top of the above, the President should work assiduously to prevent any power from making the people of the USA into economic slaves, as we have for years suffered under exorbitant oil and gas prices.
Have you heard any candidate or news pundit tout the profound advantages over oil of water-cracking technology that produces combustible hydrogen-oxygen gas? I haven't. Not a single one. They say "let's wean America off of foreign oil." Obviously they think it okay that we remain slaves to domestic oil barons. They should push the US government into a massive push toward hydrogen-from-water and hydrogen-from-sunshine technology, like the Manhattan Project that produced the A-bomb that terminated WW II in a flash.Do you think Obama or McCain will break the mold of bad presidenting? I don't. I believe either or both will or would sell us into slavery even further to the oil industry, finance companies, and criminal local, state, and federal governments.
Regardless of who wins the election, we must demand that our presidents obey the laws. Obama can start by going to court over the proof that exists against his alleged US Citizenship. We all know that Congress actually makes the bad laws, but our presidents stand culpable for enforcing bad laws or badly enforcing good laws. And we need to hold them accountable.I do not play partisan politics in the Lawmen list. I support the rule of good law. I want our presidents properly to qualify for the presidency, and I want them to obey the law.
I encourage you to support only a lawful, law-abiding President.Bob Hurt
