CAPACITY - register the Birth Certificate Name in Minnesota.

JOHN ADAM DOE with the Nameholder as Doe, John or Doe, John Adam.

It is now operating in commerce as an ASSUMED BUSINESS NAME.

Get a Certificate of Existence.

Total Cost $65.00.

Now, send a letter to the MN Sec. of State and ask them to send you an authenticated set of your registration papers!  It costs a total of $13.00 (tell them to authenticate for a NON-HAGUE country Taiwan).

In two weeks you will get  a large envelope with your registration papers, cover sheet will have purple border and a large gold seal.

Get the Birth Certificate Authenticated from the State that issued it.

Now: take the authenticated registration papers and the authenticated BC and send to US Sec.  of State for authentication using form 4194!  It can be found on their website.

Download and fill out.

Send $8.00 check for each document you are authenticating.

For the registration papers and BC it will cost you $16.00.

Include with your packet (the form and authenticated documents that you mail to the US SOS) a large self addressed stamped envelope.

You will have this back in about 2 weeks.

CREATE a website with wordpress but buy the name you are going to use with GODADDY.

It costs about a $1.00.

Set up your BUSINESS website.

Example: JOHNADAMDOE@wordpress.com.

This is important to have.

You are using that name in commerce so treat it like a darn business!!!   STATUS - do a Declaration of Status, Standing and Capacity, get it NOTARIZED.

I have given a prior example of language to use.

ABSOLUTELY define every name you will use (nomenclature).

Example:  Doe, John is the Nameholder and Attorney in Fact.

JOHN ADAM DOE is the registered assumed business name, etc.

Record this on your county public record.

If they will not record this 5-8 page document then upload it to your ASSUMED BUSINESS NAME website where you should post all of your now PUBLIC documents!! 

STANDING - create a Durable Power of Attorney Document.

Example: Durable Power of Attorney for JOHN ADAM DOE Principles and Maxims of Equity Govern.

This is about 11 pages and includes several notary blocks.

1 notary block: JOHN ADAM DOE has to notarize the execution of this power of attorney.

Then have that section notarized and get 2 witnesses.

Next notary blocks: appointment and the acceptance of the primary attorney in fact and the 2 successor attorneys in fact.

Create a 1 page CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY OF THE ATTORNEY IN FACT for JOHN ADAM DOE.

This is what you will show attorneys etc. when they ask if you have authority.

You say, "Yes I do, would you like a copy of my certificate?" The system LOVES certificates.

Next go to the USPS site online.

Set up a business account for the Assumed Business Name JOHN ADAM DOE.

Takes about five minutes.

Now you can properly file complaints for investigation of MAIL FRAUD (especially with pesky debt collectors) because your LEGAL ENTITY/ ABN/ PRINCIPAL/ COMMERCIAL GAME PIECE is a CONSUMER with USPS.

Order a few stamps while you are at it and now you have TRANSACTIONAL HISTORY!!  You must also set up a BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT as the attorney in fact for the Principal but the account is in the name JOHN ADAM DOE.

It is all in how you sign their forms, always qualify your signature in commerce as the attorney in fact.

Now you have standing, status and capacity in commerce.

On the private side you need to create a Will, Inter-Vivos Testament and a Paramount Claim.

These are PRIVATE not for public view!!  Do not upload these to your website.

This takes care of the private man's business in life and death.

Kurt Kallanbach teaches some excellent material on these private issues.

Go listen to some of his calls.

We had to figure this out.

No one did it for us.

So please, take time to listen, research and if you are doing this because you are in a panic about a ticket; well, you most likely will screw it up.

That is not the time to be cramming a concept that takes some time to live with and get used to.

THE SYSTEM ONLY SEES COMMERCE.

IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT ECONOMICS.

Keep religious or spiritual language PRIVATE and on your PRIVATE documents.

You sound like an IDIOT when you spout this stuff off in COMMERCIAL ZONES before COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATORS who deal only in COMMERCIAL CODES for the purpose of COMMERCE.

Get it???  Whew.

Grow up and grow a pair.

That is what it takes to operate in this commercial system.

Now about IDENTITY THEFT.

Go read up on it.

Many banks have PAMPHLETS for your consumer protection - FOR FREE.

Go get some and read the small print.

This is what we had to do (Gene, Tracy and I).

You will find out a lot about Identity Theft which boils down to: the MISUSE OF INFORMATION TO MAKE FALSE CHARGES.

Get that?  The MIS - USE of INFORMATION.

Doesn't this now affect DEBT COLLECTORS?  Yes it does.

Tell them that you are the Attorney in Fact for JOHN ADAM DOE and that you have not seen a warranted charge or claim from them.

Demand that they send one.

Remind them that the misuse of information may be identity theft and as such a FELONY and if they sent it in the mail it may be MAIL FRAUD and they may have committed 2 felonies!!  They will run from you.

How do I know.

3 debt collectors have now removed the legal name from their system and won't ever contact me again as the attorney in fact for JOHN ADAM DOE.

All it takes is a phone call.

I tell them that if I have to send papers then I CHARGE $50 to mail the papers and $350/hour for my attorney in fact TIME.

I do not work for freaking free.

I do not volunteer anything as a gift or donation.

IT IS JUST BUSINESS.
