The world is different than most people think.  Many commonly accepted ideas are fictions, not facts.

I'm retired architect.  As appointed by our governor, I served on Natl. Council of Arch. Reg. Brd.

In 2005, I studied What Really Happened on 9-11 in NYC to WTC, World Trade Center.  What gov't., news media, universities tell us is intentionally wrong & misleading.  Many people unknowingly tell & broadcast the false but popular information.

I've learned that elite, hidden people & organizations manipulate information, suppressing some, misleading some, openly lying, etc.

I've mailed like that over 21,000+ times.  Then I leaned how o stop volunteering to file & pay income tax.

Lets talk about mail.

I can show or teach you many interesting things.

To some people I address only a street address & zip code.

If you use a zip code then you have to pay Forever postage, about 80 ¢ postage.  If you bracket or box the zip code, that removes it's presumptions.

To some people I mail with only a 5+4 digit zip code in brackets..[ 25376-9757 ]

Mail does not have to be addressed to a person or title.  It can be mailed to a mailing location.  Those receiving it can get it to whom it should go.

zip codes are optional, they presume federal jurisdiction.

Most people were/ are born as citizens of their state.  Most people are not US citizens, but they don't know it.

If you mail toor from OH, ME, NY you are mailing to a federal jurisdiction, i.e. 80 ¢ postage  .  If you mail to Ohio, Maine, New York then your postage is only 2 ¢ postage.

Taxe Percue: You can mail for free postage, even certified & registered mail for free as I've done.

I mail for free to Dennis, a man, on death row in a federal prison.  He copied my envelope & mailed to me, showing he got it.  If I can mail for free to a man in federal prison, watched 24/ 7/ 365, then I know that I can mail to anyone in the world, even for free.  I might have to mail a couple of times as I am teaching USPS mail employees their regulations & obligation.

Some things I study & read. Many things I just experimented several times until I found a format that reliably delivers mail.

A mail man (actually post man, post letters) is trying to deliver mail to an address.  No destination name or title is needed.  You only need to put a name on envelop if you send certified or registered seeking a signature as proof of delivery.

Most every one in united States of America should have all this available to them, but some mail employees may pretend or really not know these things. Mail repetitively not to a force by law, but to teach by diplomacy.

By mail we talk, teach, listen, learn.

Mail is a communication system providing individual rights.

Be a state citizen, not a U.S. citizen to gain superior rights.

Bracket or box 2 letter state & zip code to erase their presumptions.

I use 1, 2, or 3 ¢ postage depending on letter or post card, within city, in uSA or in world based on each 1/2 ounce of mail piece.
