Below the use of the word bank, means your corporation or any related organization. Noted is your address and my address & a possible account number that may have been a connection between us.
Please forward this to the Chief Executive Officer, President or whom ever may be authorized and able to respond to this letter. This letter may have legal consequences, please review careful and respond promptly and completely, within 10 business days. Thanks. If this letter must be forwarded to another, do so, and notify me to whom it goes, with complete name, title, authorized capacity and address.
If there is anything unclear or confused in my letter, please ask me any specific question. I note that notice to the agent is equal to notice to the principle. Also the inverse is true.
Of any correspondence to me, include the with name, title, authority, complete address and their authorized signature and their specific limits of authority in speaking for your organization.
If there is any contract that explains any relation between us, please send a copy, signed by both parties, and noting your obligation, such as providing payment of my bills, wherein I will later reimburse you. If you want to send the terms, that is OK, but I primarily want the items below.
A contract has these parts;
Offer, What you will do ( Did you offer to pay the merchants that I may have charged on a credit card by your paying thee bill, and then I would reimburse you ?) What was your obligation ? Did you volunteer to lend money (or just credit) to the merchant until or in exchange for receipt of my signed credit voucher.
Consideration: Did you or I pay the other on the onset of this credit card relation ? What was the item of consideration, something of value, a payment ?
Acceptance: A contract is complete, lawful and in place when it is fully disclosed, lawful in it’s purpose and signed and agreed by both parties, including one duly authorized to sign for your organization, complete with a copy of his full duties and authorizations.
Did you agree to pay my charges in advance of my paying you ? Where do you get that money or credit ? Is it something that you, the bank puts up, even temporarily, while later waiting for my payment ? Please explain.
Does your bank charter include that you have the ability to loan money to others ? What money do you loan, that of your depositors ? Explain. Or do you have a different way to explain how you could pay merchants in advance for waiting payment from me ? Please send a copy of the charter for your bank.

I think that when you received a (signed) credit application from me, you may have used that instrument to gain credit for your purposes. Have you ever used my credit as an asset for your bank, or any related interest to you ? I think you may not have put up collateral (something of value) of the bank to pay charge card bills to merchants listed on my account statements, but used only my credit to initiate and maintain this account ? Is this true ? Did I ever give you authority to deduct a fee from the monies that I directed to be given to a merchant ? Have you ever deducted a fee or charge form the total amount of any charge I may have made and subtracted that amount from the amount you transferred to a merchant. ?
Have you formerly disclosed this to me in full ?
May I have a copy of that disclosure ?
If you think there is any money owing on my account from me, please send me a current invoice, signed by a corporate officer authorized to make and declare such determinations.
I do not want a statement, but want a true bill in commerce, as noted. Send a copy of officer’s authorized duties & responsibilities
I believe that you still have agents who may contact me seeking payments on this account. Your company has been notified of changes in my situation that preclude you from doing any further contact to me at this time about that.
If you cannot or will not send all this letter requires, then do this.
I would like from you a letter stating that there is no further obligation in any regard on my account. That any dealing I may have had with your organization is paid in full. Please so notify the 3 credit reporting services: Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and any other to whom you may have or might report, all is paid in full and there is no complains lodged.

Banks create money out of thin air- they have no money to lend you. (Fractional Reserve Banking)
It’s not possible to actually pay the outstanding amount as the currency is based on worthless paper and 'electronic funds' on computers. Your Credit Card Agreement is an unlawful contract as it is ONLY signed by you- constituting a unilateral agreement. Constitutional, gold/ silver backed currency is not available. Public policy only allows discharging debt with promissory note. One cannot pay a debt as there is no money.
All contracts (& true bills in commerce) must be signed by someone able to bind the corporation in contract. (Contract Law)
One does not have to pay statements, only invoices. (Bills of Exchange Act 1882)
One is not lawfully bound to pay anything which is unsigned. (Bills of Exchange Act 1882)
The uppercase name on the credit card is not your name, but a 'corporate entity'. (Blacks Law Dictionary)

Comment: US declared bankruptcy in 1933, HJR 192, and has since then with drawn from public use any lawful money as defined by the US Constitution. The paper FRN are not backed by precious metals as constitution requires. They are not positive money, but are similar to a debt note or a bill. They can only be used to discharge bills, but not to pay them.
